Once installed, I realized the PASSWORD PAGE doesn’t work and the NAVIGATION is located at the bottom of the screen on the mobile version. This seems really odd being the standard place to use the feature is at the top of EVERY SITE! I reviewed the layout options to come to the finalization there’s nothing I can do to alter the NAVIGATION placement. The author was contacted and promptly responded with a $30 request to adjust this placement. Not worth it when I can buy a working theme at regular price.

I have already downloaded the password, but I don’t know where to activate the template.

They don’t keep their promises. I bought their FASTOR theme and asked if they could customize some things. No problem was the answer, and it would only take 1 week. However, it took 2.5 months, and they now blackmail me and tell me they will only finish the job if I remove this review. I have lost credibility to my suppliers and business partners as I could not present the webshop on the day of our meetings, and due to 2 months delay of launching the shop, it has cost me a lot of lost turnover. They don’t care at all and keep saying “I hope you understand, that you must delete your bad but honest review before we can finish as it hurts our business.”

Slow support, customization options on mobile navigation are heavily limited, some skins don’t work at all.

I am absolutely satisfied with the theme. Excellent customer support! Scott was incredibly helpful, he’s very professional and just helped me by adding a few additional features to my website. My issue was resolved within a few hours after my request.

This is my second store that I trust on Fastor. The code quality is perfect and their customer support is so good. They even answer me at 3am Australia time.

Overall design, customization, and documentation are great, and it still works today! Support is also quick to help with any problems you may have too.

I still have not heard from them. I purchased this theme as I was hoping it would speed up my store, but I am getting even lower page speed than what I was getting on the free theme. I tried reaching the author about this. After talking back and forth for 1 month, I installed it somehow and noticed my page speed was even less than half. Although the author is quite helpful about theme-related technical stuff, when I tried reaching the product team, they said they are not able to find my account. The author is saying to take off the comment and will get help ASAP. It’s been again 2 weeks.

Cool theme, exactly what I was looking for. Had a small issue that I needed to reach out to support for and that was resolved within an instant.

They are advertising 100+ themes but once I downloaded the files I discovered only two. Also, they mention RTL on their selling page, and there is no single mention of RTL in their documentation! This is really frustrating…

Weketing is not accessible for various days and the bar on top with the buy button is not working and impacting conversions. Support is slow to respond and is not solving problems.

A friend recommended Fastor. He uses it in five stores. I had some real problems with the purchase code and with almost every skin, especially the two default skins. But Scott was there fixing everything in no time. Their support and customer care are on another level. Fastor is, if not the best, one of the best themes for Shopify. Loading very fast on mobile, highly customizable, I think 16 skins. I’ll open another website and it will definitely be Fastor.

The theme view is exactly what I was looking for. Lots of options to customize it, just what I expected. The support is also simply fast and friendly. I highly recommend it.
