I didn’t like it at first, but the features are great. They seem to be updating it regularly.

I asked questions to the support (Milan) almost daily, and they replied daily. They are really a great support team!

Have been using this theme for years now. It’s an excellent theme with a great support team. They always offer easy explanations and a solution to the issue at hand. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Overall a good theme with diverse potential for improvement. The theme options seem a bit old-fashioned. The updates take a very long time. There are only a few per year. Unfortunately, the integrated wp-bakery page builder uses a poor lightbox script (prettyPhoto). On mobile devices, the display of images is only usable with various JS/CSS adjustments; otherwise, the images are tiny.

But at the same time, the theme lacks some essential things. What I personally don’t like:
1) The theme rewrites permalinks settings. Usually, I set the custom permalinks path as /%category%/%postname%/ for SEO purposes, but the theme ignores the custom path for the portfolio and uses /portfolio-page/%postname%/ or /portfolio-category/%postname%/ instead.
2) Portfolio Archive, Category, and Tag pages use Blog settings for layout; there is no possibility to set portfolio Archive/Category/Tag pages layout separately.
3) The theme ignores portfolio Categories and Tags names, rewriting titles for these pages as “Archive” by default.
4) Categories and Tags names on a single portfolio page are not links but plain text.
5) Poor mobile optimization. The CSS code for the mobile version needs to be retouched manually.

I would give 6 stars, but only 5 are allowed. One of the most flexible and design-friendly themes on the market.

The theme is quite to handle as some of the components are not mobile responsive. But their customer support is always there to support.

This is not a proper theme for a woocommerce site. If you plan to use this theme for an e-shop look elsewhere. There is no option to add a category menu in single product view.

The template cannot be used for the intended purpose due to technical defects and the support is complicated and inadequate.

I have used this theme several times in the past, it’s flexible as well as being beautifully designed.

Nice design. Bad support. This is a theme that runs under a “whole sale” support system. They are very slow to reply, with default answers. I usually don’t buy from these kinds of outfits, but Stockholm is a favorite of my customers, so I have to make do with their rubbish support system.

Great customer support and amazing flexibility, I use this theme for all websites I build. The theme has loads of options and customizations. Kind and fast assistance, they solved all the problems I had in the creation of my site.

After a delay of 25 minutes, the registration emails for the support site did actually arrive. Also, your video documentation is a bit out of date and makes it hard to find things – everything takes longer, but in the end, I found the new location of the theme sliders. Otherwise, it is a great theme, and the design is beautiful.
