Very unresponsive support. Updating Advanced Custom Fields Pro and Slider Revolution has not been updated for 3 months, causing errors on the website. The author is not responding. The design is great, but there is difficulty replicating features seen in the demo, like the “spotlight product”. However, it is an impeccable design with great attention to detail. The customer support is excellent, Artem was very attentive and helpful. The installation process is tricky and the demo site does not match the live previews. The theme documentation on Ticksy is currently inactive and cannot be accessed.

The design of the theme is executed very nicely, it is what a modern theme should look like. Fluid animations and not over the top. The Author of the theme is very helpful as well hence the 5 stars! Good luck with the sales.

Professional Customer support and Amazing Design Quality – I’m very satisfied with the product.

Not only is the author great and has been since he started selling this theme, but the theme itself is amazing. It’s feature packed and is very user friendly. There’s areas to add some advanced stuff fairly easily. The author is quick to respond back and help you resolve any possible issues.

Very high quality design. The only drawback is that it is not compatible with Elementor.

I think this is the most beautiful WooCommerce theme ever made. The designers have tirelessly inspected every pixel. The support was beyond my expectations; they really do care about keeping their theme updated and compatible with 3rd party plugins. I would give each category 5 stars, but there is something exceptional about the design quality and support.

Unfortunately, it is not well optimized for modern phones with larger screens. It works for small screens below 320px but has some issues with bigger ones. There is not enough customizability for the theme; for example, I can change the overall background colors to black, but I can’t change the font color specifically for dropdown menus, which causes some troubles. The design itself is pretty nice and works for the most part. The design templates are great and offer good-looking, modern styles.

After launching, the website was so slow related to the rendering. Most of the errors are related to the theme programming, which blocks the rendering, and a lot of JS and CSS must be compressed to have faster loading. We hope the designer will be able to solve this problem in the next update.

Excellent WooCommerce Theme – great support, could have some more features outside eCommerce to become all-powerful.

First of all, great theme and well coded. The developer did an outstanding job creating this very creative WooCommerce theme. Their support is very good too.

Have tried many Themes and for me the best Theme and design for my purposes. What has impressed me is the fast support and helpfulness. Can only recommend this provider.

Best theme I’ve found in ThemeForest among hundreds of searches. Before buying this, I bought two other very famous themes and they were totally unusable. Then I found the amazing looking Barberry. In a few presales questions, I was convinced the support team was prompt in helping. I decided to buy it and that was the best choice I’ve made. The theme is absolutely awesome, customizable, smoothly functional, and light. But the best part I discovered after a few doubts I had, and I needed to open support tickets. Temash support is the BEST I ever had for this kind of product. If you are in doubt about buying it: JUST DO IT. You would never regret it. I would buy it again for the same website if I needed.
