I’m a Joomla guy and am just starting to learn WP. It helps to have great support and the Etalon theme comes with just that. Very responsive and helpful.

Excellent theme and easy to install if you read the documentations. Had some questions on customizing elements via CSS and support was knowledgeable and courteous. Turnaround time was great too with response time less than 24 business hours. Thank you!

The customer support has been fantastic. They’ve responded and fixed every “code question” within 24 hours. And even though I’ve asked quite a few questions, they always seem happy to help. I will be using this theme on multiple websites!

Really great looking Theme – A little tricky if you don’t have that much experience with WordPress – But the Support, really helps with that problem. Great work.

A good theme, but looking forward to the next release which fixed some CSS issues in the code. The team is very quick with their technical support.

It is a narrower template than some. You can see from the demos that it wasn’t designed to do EVERYTHING, it was designed as a corporate page, for a business to quickly and reliably make a clean, self-hosted site and that is exactly what it does. The developers are always available and knowledgeable about the tickets, if you give them 24 hours. I highly recommend this theme to anyone without much WordPress experience or anyone who wants to quickly turn a site around. Make sure to use the responsive settings of the columns to control mobile vs desktop. Looking forward to what other themes this shop produces.

The theme is really good but timely customer support is what is most important. Very satisfied.

I’ve been using this theme now for over 12 months. As someone with very little technical knowledge, it has been easy to use, and the support is amazing. Highly recommended.

We have been having terrible template issues. As of to date I have 2 tickets open attempting to address the same issues now for some time. Please address the ticket as soon as possible as this is a business website. I will happily re-rate the template following completion of code fixes that are currently open on ticket as mentioned. Thank you for your assistance always!

Incredible. This theme is really, really good and only trumped by the absolutely brilliant support they provide. Worth every penny to get my website up and running.
