Great theme specially after the last updates, I bought it one year ago, but I think the continuous updates are making it really very good and it deserves more than the paid money. I have also to thank the support team for their quick response, proficiency, and their always availability, thank you OANH for solving my problem.

The design is great, but I have to say big thanks to the support team. Customer support plays a vital role in user experience and I must say being on the receiving end of this author support, I can’t say anything but a big thank you. There are a few glitches that I am sure will be fixed in the next upgrade. They ensure that they test all areas and help to resolve the issue. I felt so overwhelmed when I finally saw that the issue was fixed. People do relate to things differently but I must say, the support team is great! As we know, coding tends to have its ways sometimes. I made my comments when I was angry but I must say I watched as this team solved my problem. Thank you very much, I appreciate the assistance.

After 4 months of using this theme, I would rate it five stars, not only for its features but also for their great support. Due to my zero knowledge of coding, I submitted 44 tickets in such a short time, all received responses quickly. The support team logged into my WP to fix everything and even provided codes to customize my site. The support I received is way beyond my expectation and makes me more confident in using the theme. I would like to express my great appreciation to all the support team members who have been helping me out.

Is not optimized for Elementor, and many widgets are HTML code.

The description for this theme says it’s built-in Elementor. However, after purchasing the item, I discovered that only the homepage (and a few others) are built-in Elementor. I contacted Myta Tran, with Mai Nguyen copied, about the issue. They notified me that it would be another three weeks before the template would be rendered in Elementor. In light of my project being time-sensitive, I requested a refund. At this point, Myta stopped communicating with me. I had to dispute the issue directly with my credit card company.

The content does not match the document with a large portion of it. Old document.

Website speed optimization of this theme is very bad, and some of the templates do not work properly, facing some burger menus on mobile. Otherwise, theme demo import is working fine.
