Great design offering a lot of options to create an outstanding high-level website. The support is amazing; if there is anything, they will help you to make it high class. Generally very easy to use. Ran into a few minor issues, but customer support was always quick, and issues get resolved in an extremely efficient manner. Would definitely recommend for a single product store.

I’m a complete newbie to building websites. I needed a theme for Shopify; this theme has everything I needed and was very easy once I learned a few of the basics. Support was very fast in responding to my request; I needed a different style of FAQ page and they gave me a fair price and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend this theme to anyone new to building a website on Shopify. The installation instruction photos are out of date with the current look of Shopify, so be a bit careful. It would be good if the instructions were updated, but they still work, just a bit confusing. I have needed to have my FAQ page reinstalled because I made a mistake and had to reload the theme, but I have not heard anything back from them, so I hope I get a reply and support soon.

For every theme, customer support is essential and these guys have great customer support. They answered all my questions fast and in depth. The theme itself is great for a one-product store. I was undecided about getting a Shopify template, but I’m glad I made the decision to go with this super easy, fabulous looking template! Excellent customer support. Had many problems with the theme and they immediately fixed all the problems quickly. I highly recommend this theme due to the great layout and superior support they provide. First-time Shopify user, tutorials were complete and thorough. I had a few setup questions and the designer was quick and responsive.

I was in need of a single product theme, and luckily, Elomus is exactly what I needed and it works perfectly. Very clean design with many options for customization. Also great support. The theme is excellent out of the box and makes it very easy to build a branded professional store. The support is also speedy to reply. 5 stars all round.

I bought this theme Wednesday and on Monday custom modifications that I asked for were done at a good cost. Thanks for your professional job quick and well done.

It is a beautiful, useful, and easy-to-use theme. I had a little problem, and the support fixed it immediately. I highly recommend it.

I’ve spent over two weeks working with this theme now. The customer pages (checkout, account, orders, address, etc.) are not styled uniformly with the rest of the website theme. All of them use bland HTML tables that are not truly responsive and look awful with no work done to make them have any continuity with the rest of the site. On top of that, there are tons of glitches, including: if you disable sticky cart on product pages, you are forced to have a 64px margin bottom on the HTML; when you make a new page and add an image to the content, it mucks up the top banner image; hero slideshow images don’t scale to the same size; product image preview mouseover is broken on images that have transparent backgrounds; many home page section variations are broken, except the ones used in their demos. This is the worst theme experience I have ever had as a web designer. You will end up doing more work fixing this theme than it’s worth.
