The theme is good, and for users like me who are using this from the initial version, the version 3.0 isn’t supported, but the author has said they’ll keep updating version 1 too. As long as we get upgrades for v1, it’s good for us! And the theme is a good one, with good support and good code quality!

Love this theme! The documentation could be a little more detailed but because I have experience with WordPress, I didn’t really need it. If you get stuck, the support is good. They are pretty quick to reply and offer assistance.

Not really happy with the theme, it’s been 4 months and my website broke already twice. Now I need to rebuild the website from scratch because a lot of stuff has broken. Just not worth the time invested.

I love this theme. As with every theme, you will have to do a lot of work to get it just the way you want, but it’s great to have a well-designed starting point for your project. They really have thought of almost everything.

The website crashes every moment, and I can’t finish configuring it. The menus don’t work on the web or in the mobile format. Nothing looks like the demo, and I still have to pay for tons of things. The design heavily relies on the 3rd party plug-in “Elementor,” which doesn’t offer many advanced options to edit the design and elements, forcing you to purchase their “Pro” version subscription. The whole theme is a heavy piece of junk and an unnecessary burden to your WordPress website, resulting in slow loading time and a poor score on search engines.

The code quality is extremely poor, with numerous errors in the WordPress theme. It appears that these errors have been deliberately introduced to encourage support renewal. If such problems recur, you remain heavily reliant on them.

I would strongly suggest new customers not to waste their time and money on this theme, as you will be spending more time and money fixing issues rather than focusing on your sales and other important matters.

I’m unable to edit the product page for mobile layout (I want two row layouts like in the featured image) and the alignment is going out for mobile. Where can I activate my Ekomart theme on WordPress, like where should I paste my license key? Unable to edit the shop page on Elementor. How to change the shop button link in mobile?

Best support experience so far. They helped even though the support expired. I highly recommend buying the theme.

The theme is decent; however, customer support is quite lacking. You’re really left to do it all by yourself with no guidance or support. Most of the support is given by the community more than the developers, and when you do get involved with the developers, their responses are slow and hard to communicate. The product itself delivers what it should, though, so 4/5.

This theme is the BEST store theme that I have ever bought, and I have produced a lot of online stores. The online support is AMAZING!!! BUY this theme.

Support is quick and up to the mark with solutions. However, I wish they had given more functionalities to manage the logo, header items, and other global settings separately instead of struggling with Elementor. Some newbies like myself always try to find an easy way to get things done instead of googling or diving into documentation. Thanks for a good theme.

This is a great theme but buyers be aware. There are many people here like myself that are complaining about the old version (1.9.3) and the fact that you can’t upgrade to the new version (3) from the old version unless you rebuild your whole website again! All the people buying this theme and using version 3 out of the box have no guarantee that they can upgrade to the future releases from version 3 without rebuilding the whole website from scratch. When someone customizes a template, they put so much time and effort to make it tailored to their brand. Doing that every time there is a new release would be a huge problem. I urge the theme author OpalWP to fix this issue ASAP or this will make this theme become low-rated and won’t sell anymore.
