I bought this theme for my education website. It is easily customizable for amateurs like me. The support team is caring and quick. You receive much more than a theme.

We have used a lot of 3rd party themes. The support from the developers of this one has been outstanding - very fast, no-nonsense, and helpful.

I had a couple of issues installing the demo data conflicting with server settings and contacted support. The support team responded almost immediately and worked to resolve the problem. I am very impressed with the responsiveness of support.

The customer support team really digs into your issue and provides technical solutions that I would not otherwise be able to find. I'm grateful for their assistance.

I am very happy with the customer support. They solved every problem I had.

This is a great theme. Lots of features to work with, and the documentation is quite well detailed! Can definitely be used for more than just education-based websites, due to the multiple options. The support is quite timely as well. Thank you!

Customer Service can be wishy-washy sometimes, helping only when you go back and forth with them or ask for a refund. I like the theme, but this update and additional tags plugin issue, along with customer service acting brand new about the issue, gets stressful. When you run a business, you can't deal with issues that make things worse. I bought the theme a few years ago, and it usually runs smoothly until it's update time. There is a plugin called "additional tags" that causes live code or a fatal error every time it's update time because their update has to be done in a strange way that is different from most. I need their customer service, especially their tech named Mira Michael, who I have been dealing with for almost 3 years, to be a little more considerate and helpful.

Absolutely terrific support; nothing was unanswered, and they don't waste time helping you at all.

Customer support is top shelf. Prompt, courteous, and professional. The Education Center theme is well put together, flexible, and can be used as more than an Educational theme. 5 Stars all the way around!
