I want to give my honest review about Envy Theme. These guys are exceptionally good at creating a great theme design and exceptional customer support. When I wanted to build a project for a client who needs a multifunctional website for training, ecommerce, and institute management, I did an intensive search and couldn’t find a theme that had those combinations except Envy Themes. In fact, it was even after I bought the theme that I realized it has even more robust functionalities than I knew before buying it. And talking about support, their support is top-notch, you can’t fault it. They attend to you promptly and with great courtesy. What else do you need? Robust theme that beats their contemporaries and unrivaled support that helps you complete your project on time and happily. I highly recommend Envy Themes, you won’t regret patronizing them. They are great.

I bought this template for $70 a few days ago. It looked pretty in the demo, but it had many issues. It would not work on my WordPress site. I tried to contact the customer service team through their ticket system, which required email verification. I contacted Envato Market to request a refund. Two days later, they responded that my email was incorrect. I corrected my email and sent messages about the issues. A few days later, they declined my refund, saying they only provide support through their ticketing system. I tried again to send a ticket, but it did not work. I am here, 7 days later, with a charge of $70, no template, no way to send a ticket, and no refund. I can’t believe this can happen. I can’t use the product I purchased and can’t get a refund or customer support. I will keep fighting. Stay away. The demo looks great to get you to pay, but once you do, you lose. Or at least, that is my experience. I hope this helps.

They are not providing good solutions; there are many problems in the themes.

Good theme with variety in design, good pages to use, and good support response time. However, some tools and utilities have limitations like the events page or some widgets in Elementor. It is a good choice in general.

The theme is slow, but it is a powerful theme, which did its job. The support is great, they answering my question in two to three days. There are some bugs in the theme and they will update the theme when the customer report for a certain bug.
