I had to contact Envato market to ask if they would please intervene to prod designthemes to provide support. They finally did after attempting to get support for over two weeks. If the work isn’t easy, the feeling is that they will put it off as long as possible.

The support team works very well. It has solved the problem I had. Also, the design of the template is very good. Very helpful. They solved my problem rapidly and in a kindly way.

I like the theme very much and it was easy to navigate and amend (even for a beginner like me). I also got a nice response from my question on how to do something which was very appreciated.

The developers have been very responsive when requesting support and helped with every request that I had for how to do things that weren’t included in the documentation. Average response time – 1 day (because of global location).

Last week, I accidentally removed WP and lost data and content. The support team worked very patiently in updating the theme and core design plugins and supported me well. Appreciate the help from Ram and team.
