Theme is nice, but the support is terrible honestly. I have opened tickets and received no answers, or if there are answers, they are one word. Sorry but not happy with their support. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the SEO report on the website. We lost over 170% organic traffic. Remember that you need to work with SEO experts while coding. In short, it is not a theme to be taken for the project. I request a refund.

I recently contacted customer support regarding an issue I was having with my website, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The representative was unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in resolving my problem. As a paying customer, I expect better customer service than what I received. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am seriously considering asking for a refund from ThemeForest.

The theme has too many bugs. It automatically deletes data from the pages. All my data is gone as I had not backed it up. Totally a waste of time and money.

Unfortunately, support is very slow, taking a long time to reply, and the documentation is not very helpful. I bought six months of support, but they contact us only once a week, wasting time and money. They claim certain changes fall under custom support, which they do not cover, and they refuse paid requests for these changes. The theme has many problems, including issues with the dashboard and the need to redo settings frequently. Adding a doctor to the hospital profile requires creating a doctor profile and sending an invitation, which they refuse to do. For 2.5 months, we’ve tried contacting support, but they only respond once a week or every ten days, which is disrespectful to my company and efforts. The database is very complex, with unclear data relationships, leading to months of struggle and disappointment. Customizing the theme further requires technical expertise, and it’s not fully documented; headers and footers aren’t easily modifiable within Elementor, and there are other minor issues.

It’s a very powerful design for medical or hospital directories. We have had good communication with development answering our questions and resolving any situation.

They have developed a whole system, and you don’t need any premium plugin for its proper functioning; everything is included in it and well connected. Their customer support is amazing with instant fixes for issues. They are working day and night to include all possible features and improve the existing ones very quickly.

It is a great theme with many features. If the company adds custom fields support, it will be perfect.

This is the most comprehensive medical topic in the Envato Catalog. I take this opportunity to thank Alaina for her help with a technical issue I had. Very nice job to the developers behind this project.

Great theme. Very customizable and obviously well thought through. I hope that the authors will improve the functionality for a wider range of users and develop a document flow for maintaining the history of patients’ treatment.

There are a lot of bugs during theme configuration and importing listings and users. Registering a new user was not properly working on my site. The team is reactive, but there is a lack of documentation. My advice: test it a lot before buying and explore the demo thoroughly.

At the beginning stages, support quality was really good but after a week, there is no response at all. I have 4 open tickets and 2 of them are waiting for 3 days. Please keep your support quality the same for the 6-month period as you promise.

Theme is beautiful. Support is very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase.

Very poor support, and the theme is not SEO friendly. Multiple bugs, highly not recommended.

I manage over 20 themes, but the support for this theme is the best of all. They helped me and took into consideration my requests with much patience. Regarding the theme, the code is clean, the design is beautiful, and the functionality is awesome. I highly recommend this theme; it’s worth every penny.

Great customer support, theme Doctreat is great too. If you have any project for medical service, you have to buy it and start working with it. 5*

Amazing theme and great customer support, who helped me in every detail of my project.

I have been an Envato member for over 10 years, must have bought close to a 100 products, maybe 30-40 different themes. Doctreat is simply THE BEST out of all! It is worth every cent of the purchase price if not many times more. And their support is amazing and highly responsive. This is the THEME that you should be getting. Don’t waste your time with anything else.

Here are some bugs or mistaken items:
– WP BACK OFFICE: When a doctor uploads Registrations in Profile Settings, we have no list or notification of those doctors, so we cannot check them unless we check all doctors’ profiles.
– FRONT END template: Breadcrumbs (name of pages) is not translatable. In articles: You must be %slogged in%s to post a comment. The link sends to /wp-admin.
– DASHBOARD: In chat system: Display of notifications in the dashboard and the chat even if the number is zero. No way to send images but in your advertising board, it shows a photo sent. Chat system doesn’t recognize ” ‘ “, it writes it as ” ‘ “.
– IN PRESCRIPTIONS: We can prescribe even if we do not validate the appointment.
– IN BOOKING: In Spaces slot => (‘others’) input must only be numbers. The status of an appointment cannot be changed after confirmation. Relation options do not include Husband & Father. When an appointment is $post_status === ‘cancelled, it is not destructible (there is no ‘if’ for cancelled in your code). When creating a new user in booking information, there is no verification for email input (we can put only text if we want) and in phone input, we can put only text too.
– IN ARTICLES: In manage-article, there is no mention of the status of articles (pending, published, etc.).
– IN PROFILE: Regular users can choose Dr or Prof in am_name_base. There isn’t a name base for Mrs.
– IN APPOINTMENT SETTINGS: Doctreat_get_week_array makes names of days not translated; we cannot choose the 1st day of the week without changing the code.
– User Interface: Hospitals and regular users don’t show the right default avatar after we upload an image in theme settings.

To finish this list, a lot of text strings aren’t translatable.
