Theme has a lot of problems:
– disable a lot of options, footer, top bar, etc. and they still appear. I have to remove them via custom css.
– showing a boxed layout and I don’t have boxed layout selected.

The Constructo theme is very well designed. It looks sharp and professional and comes with a lot of built-in features.

Fantastic customer/technical support. They always resolve matters promptly and provide guidance and suggestions to achieve what you are after. Really impressed.

These guys go above and beyond with their customer service and tech support. We made a significant mistake with our build and unlike most tech support who gives up when the going gets tough, these guys were literally there every step of the way. In addition, this is a solid, bug-free theme that offers a lot of flexibility and customization and by far one of the best themes that we’ve come across in a very long time.

Demo installer does NOT look like the work in demos. Images are replaced with hideous gray boxes with image dimensions in bold text. I understand that licensed stock images are not included with purchase, however, the Live Preview you view is NOT what you’ll get when you install demo data. I cannot possibly allow a client to view their site as I’m working on it. If you wish to license those images, the stock agency no longer sells them. I will not buy from this company again.

The theme I was using was broken, they did resolve the issue relatively quickly, but it did prevent me from making big changes and having to pay for extended support to fix what should have been the automated content loader.

I originally rated this product a 1 star because I was not getting a response when I requested support just 12 days after my purchase. However, after leaving the 1-star review and adding negative comments on their product, I was contacted by support and the issue was fixed within a couple of hours. I am satisfied with this website theme and appreciative of their support to fix my issue. But because my original request for support went unanswered for three weeks, I am not able to give this a 5 star.

Bought this theme about two weeks ago. So many options for customization. Great documentation. A lot of thought and effort went into this theme, demos, and the documentation. I registered for the Helpdesk and submitted two tickets for a couple things I couldn’t figure out and received very helpful emails that solved my issues within a few hours, including about 40 lines of CSS code! Really great support.

If you need help, just ask! These guys have put out an excellent template with tons of examples and demo content. This would cost thousands to develop on your own. So if you spent $60 on it, you owe it to yourself to ask for support before giving up and leaving a bad review.

Theme is great, it’s snappy and easily customizable. Support was also very helpful.
