The plugins provided do not give any flexibility in customization; you can only do basic stuff. Worst of all, the website stopped working after the WordPress update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire theme, and its main plugin BT Importer is not supported with the latest WordPress update.

Just wish the site builder was better, such as using Elementor instead of Bold Builder, since it’s very limited and not compatible with most third-party widgets. However, support is excellent and they’re very responsive and helpful.

Developer did a very good job for the conversion of the design template to WordPress template. Well-prepared content pages and demo data are also helpful.

Fantastic theme with even better support. We had a couple of questions regarding some theme functionality, and we received answers really fast. The answers were clear and easy to implement. Would recommend BoldThemes for sure.

I have used many page builders in my time but the BOLD builder is by far the best. Has everything you need and is incredibly quick to make changes. Other builders lag or don’t even update when changes are made, causing you to spend ages trying to figure out why. No problems at all with this one and so far I have only contacted support about one issue (not with the page builder) and they replied within an hour! Many theme developers take over 24 hours which is not ideal when you’re in the middle of your project. Well done BOLD Themes. Keep it up!

Love the design! Lots of options and great features. Backend editor is really fast and intuitive.

I am not able to find any way to edit the Timing, Address, and contact number on top of the template (home page). Tried all possibilities and documentation, did not get any way to edit it.
