Slow and unprofessional customer service. I sent a detailed explanation of the problems that need to be fixed and nothing happened. The support responds to me once a day and uses the excuse that we are from another region and because it takes a long time to address the issues. I’m very disappointed. I attached the sample image with the problems in RTL view and in fact emphasized that the glitches are mainly in Google Chrome browser. I received a response after long hours and they did not fix any of my display problems. You need to upgrade the theme and also improve the service to customers otherwise you will not have customers.

Very nice theme, exactly what we needed. At first we had some problems installing the theme, but with help from the customer service everything worked out fine. So big thanks to the customer service, they are very helpful!

I really like the theme, but at the end of the day, the flexibility that I needed was not there.

They help us to fix the bug regarding plugins update, and updating the theme fixed all the problems.

Some of the theme options don’t make sense. Otherwise, works well with Elementor and some of the functions are great.
