A very kind support and committed to the client. It’s a pleasure to have the support of professionals at this level willing to help. This theme provided us with the options we needed to promote our charity, to customize the theme to our colors, our text, our events, etc. Features we didn’t need from specific pages we could leave out. Some we would never have thought of had added to the appeal of our site. We’ve received nothing but positive feedback from friends and supporters. The theme is comprehensive and very easy to use. The support I have received was very prompt and helpful. Great template, very powerful once you learn your way around, even for non-programmers like me.

Not recommended!

I have asked to change several small things and the customer support has been great with providing simple code to do what I wanted.

There is a major bug at the donation function on the template. The main reason I purchased this template is because of this donation button. I just need the PayPal donation button to work like is offered. That’s it.

Loc was very helpful in resolving some issues I had, and quickly. Customer support is the most important to me in a purchased theme. Loc is very knowledgeable of the product. Each response provided the solution I was after! Great product, great support!
