Caution. The theme looks great, but unfortunately it seems to have some bugs. My first impression: the theme is very slow, images are always reloaded, the filter does not work properly, the documentation is very poor and does not help. I am now trying to get my money back. I thought a Gutenberg version would be fast and bug-free.

Theme really appears too many errors, unstable use. If the seller doesn’t fix the current problem, I recommend not using this theme.

Support is not very helpful because social login is not working and I’m waiting more than one month for them to fix it.

Muy mala experiencia. En ningún momento se pudo instalar la plantilla completa, de manera tal que tuvimos que recurrir a instalar la plantilla por partes, y no funionó. Ese aspecto condicionó toda la experiencia con la plantilla porque en los hechos hizo que nunca pudiésemos descargar completamente la misma y por lo tanto utilizarla al 100%. Sólo por citar un ejemplo: la funcionalidad de los filtros en la tienda (precio, color, etcétera) no hay forma de que pudiera quedar activa. Pero lo peor es la escasa o casi nula voluntad de prestar soporte por parte del proveedor. Tiempos muy largos de respuesta. Las respuestas del proveedor son todo un caso: nunca dio una respuesta concreta, una solución, ni tampoco señaló el problema, nada de nada. Se limitaba a responder luego de 12 horas de espera: “nunca nos pasó esto”. Increíble. Una total y absoluta pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

Very very long time to respond to my requests. Most of the issues were solved by myself after some googling. Customer support is very poor. The theme is nice, but with some adjustments which need customer support, which is very poor unfortunately.

Developers like AgniHD is exactly what pushes me to buy only top selling items that have a track record updating their items. I saw huge potential in the design and functionality of this theme. But the author hasn’t updated at all in the last half year and barely responds to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this Theme, a damn shame.

Even expire support plan, there must be proper solution for license. Like other service I have bought more than 160 themes from the Themeforest, this is poorest one from all. Once you register one domain that can’t be changed even if that domain totally expired. There should be a way to use the theme license for one site if the first site didn’t work out. This is what other theme providers offer. This one is not recommended at all to buy.

The seller ignoring active support emails! It is not acceptable! Huge problem with license activating. The seller gives 0 support!

Now, when I try to activate the theme after installing it, it gives me an error of invalid license key.

**UPDATE**
Since writing a review, the author responded quickly and reset the license, so we can use it again. Theme is great design, code could be improved a little, but overall because of design one of the best. Must improve ASAP: you can reset all your installs if WP broke and you are reinstalling the theme. 360 pictures still don’t work, when you close with clicking on the background it doesn’t work again, and on mobile there are also problems—buttons can’t be clicked. Please fix this, or use a different JS library.

Don’t get this, it is full of bugs and the customer support is terrible. After 6 months of trying, I have given up and had to build a completely new website.

Really Poor Customer Service. When you plan to buy, they will respond quickly, but after buying, if you need support, they will not respond. I will not recommend it.

Contact with support – none. Response after a few days. They want extra money for basic help. Template full of errors, unintuitive, poor documentation. I strongly advise against it.

We ask questions, they don’t even give a response. No matter how beautiful the themes are, I do not recommend it due to zero technical support.

Very poor to non-existing support from the author. This is not compatible with people working and doing business with this theme and is disrespectful of paid money to get this product along with support. I sent a support request and waited many weeks for a reply that isn’t resolving the issue.

I had some issues figuring out how the theme works, but the creator was quick to help me. For the money, you won’t get anything better; it’s really a flexible theme.

Very good theme if you are good at Gutenberg. The features are awesome. If you want to run an online store with WordPress, this is a must-own theme for you.

Most of it is JavaScript, and it’s responsive. Loving it! I’m a bit concerned about updates as per WordPress updates. Else, go for Cartify Theme without any concern.

I have never seen anything like this in my entire Themeforest existence. Truly amazing theme. And the support is more than amazing as well.

This theme has a product layout builder, a header builder, and a slider builder without relying on Elementor. The builder is so intuitive—even a 6-year-old can figure it out easily. I like the fact that it’s built for Gutenberg and not relying on Elementor. This theme kicks in the butt of all the top-selling Woocommerce themes on ThemeForest. It’s super fast, light, and powerful. Buy it. You won’t regret it.
