Amazing Customer Support. I was able to get my problem solved in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended theme and the customer support that comes with it.

The theme is easy to customize with Elementor and has a few nice features. Excellent very customizable and complete theme. This theme has some failures, does not allow to adjust or align the logo in the head of the home page.

I had a fantastic experience with rs-theme. They delivered exactly what I needed—a beautifully designed theme—quickly and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Le design est agréable, il y a des fonctionnalités sympa et beaucoup de choix de démo. Le support n’est pas forcément le plus réactif, mais on finit quand même par obtenir les réponses désirées.

Many of the switches in the setup area for the theme are broken. Will not purchase any other RSTheme products.

The website is showing error only after updating to the latest version of Elementor; it needs to fix Elementor version issue.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the customer service team. Their assistance has made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Worked with RS-theme for a year and they’re always responsive and provide great and timely support whenever it’s needed. Very happy with the customer support. All issues that we have are quickly resolved. Customer support is readily available and very efficient. I was able to get my installation issues sorted within a short moment. Fantastic Customer Support, resolved a compatibility issue with PHP 8 and several plugins within an hour. Highly recommended and the Theme is awesome. Keep up the good work!

Bad code quality. Code is not optimized at all and the GTmetrix and PageSpeed scores are too low. Image optimization is the user’s own problem, not theirs. Support is too slow. Menu descriptions CSS problem took one month to solve. TranslatePress plugins don’t work very well as it will suddenly hide the menu title and need 2-3 weeks to solve with just a simple CSS custom. I am really disappointed with their support. Very slow support for such simple tasks. They don’t really care about your problem at all but just want to get a good rating. Therefore even though they solved my problem a little, I still can’t give them more than one star due to support issues. Other themes have support dashboards on their own websites, but this theme doesn’t have any support dashboard at all, not even on their website or support email. They force us to use the ThemeForest contact form instead of their own email.
