The product will not upload to my WordPress. It is missing the CSS stylesheet. I have attempted multiple times. I entered a support ticket directly to the developer at their website. It says response is usually within 1 business day. It has now been 3 days.

The 6 months technical support that comes with the regular license is useless. Theme is good, design is brilliant, but after-sales support or the so-called technical support is horrible. They’ll ghost you, no matter how many tickets you raise. Your doubts, be it technical or normal, won’t matter to them. From the past 15 days, I’m trying to get an answer to these basic questions, and they don’t seem to care.

It’s a great theme. I use it for all my websites, and it’s easy to use.

Worst support I have ever seen. The support never responds to queries and tickets. After purchasing, the 6 months of support has no value. Hence, whoever purchases the item, never expects support from the author.

I bought the theme in 2021 and I currently use it on webzeb.re and everything works perfectly. I have a perfect Google page speed insights score on mobile and desktop. Yes, the updates are not regular but maybe it’s not worth doing one every 4 mornings if everything works fine with the latest versions of WP and plugins.

Unfortunately, the project was abandoned by the creator about 2 years ago. I bought it hoping that everything would work. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. Over a week ago, I requested a refund but still haven’t received it.

Zero support, No updates since one year and outdated plugins are causing Fatal Errors after updating WordPress. This item should not be listed anymore. It is misleading people into buying it even after the project seems to have been dead.

Dead theme. Lots of bugs and CLS issues. Don’t waste your money.

It is good to get an update! Bimber has lots of great features but keeping it up to date with the latest wordpress and php versions is so important so I was very pleased to see this happen. Above everything, this is the most important thing to help keep our websites secure and running properly!

The theme has a lot of SEO issues and the author doesn’t respond to tickets. Not recommended.

One of the worst themes ever used. THEME IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH AMP, ATTENTION REALLY HARMFUL. We had to step in with a senior support team to fix the theme, caching which is totally useless, buggy builder, and incompatibility with amp. The documentation is rambling and incorrect, the necessary themes make unnecessarily heavy mysql calls, and support is absent.

Bimber is dead. Too many bugs and no fixes or updates. The makers are just pretending to care. Stay away!

I am having many problems with the theme in terms of SEO, the pages are heavy. There are many plugins installed on the theme and you do not really need them. I have a redirection issue that apparently is linked to the theme. When I had the Support License I asked for help and the answer they gave me was not helpful, they just told me to install more plugins. It is a pretty theme, but the code has poor quality.

The theme is unusable. The author is not responding for more than a week to the ticket. You will not be able to use this theme. They don’t want to provide refund!

The package cannot be installed. The template is missing the style.css file. Template installation failed.

In this Theme you buy demo because the demo was made to amaze you with the many images, icons, and movements, but when you put your content it looks like rubbish.

The developer of this theme no longer works for Bimber or he has left the project. So that not many buyers are disappointed by this, help Envato review this item, whether it is worth selling here. The more people who speak up for this item’s harm, the quicker Envato will act.

Unfortunately, this theme appears to have lost its original designer/coder in the past year or so (2022/2023). It was excellent originally, but I currently wouldn’t recommend purchasing it due to a lack of updates required for the theme to function properly on WordPress.

Good theme but very poor customer support! I repaid the support licence for 6 months 3 weeks ago and I’m getting no response to my tickets. Why pay for a service you can’t use? Their support has never responded once.

The whole system they managed to integrate is just too good to miss! There are not many Blog / Magazine themes which come with built-in Leaderboard and MyCredPoint Rank system, Buddypress Membership plugin and of course Snax Plugin. I hope one day they still use the same system and come up with a new theme.
