It is a great theme based on older versions of Woodmart. Header builder would have been a nice addition though and may be you should consider it. The great thing with Xtemos themes is that they are stable and if you are an experienced user you hardly need support. I have stopped using any other themes. I think that Xtemos have all I have wished for from a theme seller and the most important they are stable value in Envato. Last but not least, thank you for respecting Wpbakery users and keep supporting it. Keep up the good work!

This theme is quite slow and we have experienced regular bugs since the first install in 2020. The theme breaks with updates. Currently we will need to go through a lengthy procedure to update the theme hoping that we get most of the pages working. Over time, the site features break down regularly. We keep restoring the old backups and trying to update but will probably need to redo many of the pages and widget with the newly purchased version. If I had to do it again I would not choose this theme. Support is good and quick to respond but we keep facing new bugs when trying to update the theme which no longer works with the current version of WP.

The theme is versatile and adaptable, simply put, it’s excellent and there’s no question about that. There’s also one more thing I’d like to mention and it is fast, reliable, solutions-oriented customer service. Elise, you rock;)

I bought a lot of different themes, and for me, Basel and Woodmart are the best and most flexible themes around, with incredible support.

Support is top notch. The developers and support team help even on the most trivial problems which are out of their scope. Just one request, please add some more advanced improvement for CSS and JS, maybe decreasing their size and increasing the page speed. Also, add Elementor widgets for it too. Since Elementor is what’s in trend and you guys have Elementor widgets for WooMart, I believe it will not be that hard. Also, add CSS generators to decrease load time and remove irrelevant code.

There are lacks in the personalisation of some elements. For instance, this theme doesn’t allow to configure the sidebars properly, I can’t make a sidebar appear in the projects category archives. It’s very important to show a side menu for projects, and they say that is impossible.

An update to my previous review, I was finally able to get customer service to fix my issue. I had to get a different person to look at my issue and once they finally did, issued a patch to the theme. I clearly explained my issue several times, but it seems like some of their customer support can only give generic answers when it should be forwarded to a developer for review.

The best theme forever for all eCommerce users. This is my first experience with an Ecommerce website. I start with this theme. Really, it’s amazing. I will recommend it to all my designers.

I just had an issue with the template updating and got the problem solved within hours. I had not given a rating before but I think these guys deserve it.

I use Basel now for 2 years. Meanwhile, I tested and audited in depth cc 15 themes. And decided to stay with Basel, since it proved to have the best compromise I found between capabilities, speed, CSS weight & quality, UX on mobile. Others here are slower, or too CSS bloated; at least, I did not find a better one than Basel. My stats: avg pageload (google analytics) is 3.7″, with 60% mobile share, 30% foreign visitors; site visits are 40% shop & 60% blog, content-rich but optimized.

Support: I have been harassing many (Kinsta, Cloudways, Astra, GP, WPML, …), chasing with hundreds of threads. Xtemos proved the best and most valuable. Why? Far less judgmental and far more fact-based and problem/solution-driven. And indeed, solving 99%.

If your store really matters and has more dynamic content (filters), and if speed is important for you, focus on finding the right host. The speed differences between hosts are high.
