Sarah and the team are simply amazing. They are like having an in-house tech team. The theme itself is very good but the back office support is unbelievable. The theme has a lot of options which is wonderful but it may take some time to learn where all the settings are and how to use them. The support team quickly helped me find a feature I had spent hours looking for. They answered my support ticket quickly and answered all of my questions until it was resolved. I have purchased numerous Shopify themes; so far, this is my favorite. Each demo has an attractive layout and once you get a feel for the customization options, it is very nice to work with.

I’m used to designing in Word Press Elementor; this is not as smooth to me because you control most of the entire site from a side window as opposed to only controlling elements on the present page by clicking on them. The side menu options are a little overwhelming because of this. However, Basel is super customizable, comes with many preloaded features that are great for ecommerce, and has great customer service that will give you step-by-step instructions with images or just fix it for you. The drawback for me is we’re in very different time zones. Hint: Design in Basel at 90% zoom in Chrome. This enables you to have 2 side windows rather than 1 overcrowded one.

Always giving that rating for Customer Support. They are really helpful and respond in a good time frame.

Since five days trying to connect with the developer for support, sending plenty of emails with no answer. Waste of money; it was a terrible experience. I have my web developer trying to reach the product developer and still no response. Shame, unfortunately.

The support is amazing and reliable! I started having missing function issue after Shopify updated their system but the team just solved the issue right away so I can keep moving forward. I’m very impressed.

This theme is fantastic and has a load of features to choose from. Highly customizable and the few things I needed help with were easy with their great customer support. Definitely will get another theme from them again on my next website!

I have reached out and no one has responded in a week. Can’t install the demo and I need help and guide. I have watched the videos but Online 2.0 looks different. If y’all can’t help, I need a refund.

I bought it 5 days ago and unfortunately it does not work for me. Creating a ticket for support gives me an error out. Support response by email comes after 24 hours. If you resort to a template, then you have a situation where it must go quickly. Unfortunately in this case it is not fast enough for us.

Very prompt and courteous service, Mie Tran solved my problem because Basel theme is not suitable for Shopify 2.0 version.

Edited rating: Earlier I had given 1 star owing to reduced options for different sections than the lower version. But customer support promptly and quickly resolved my issues. Kudos to support for resolving all my issues in a short span of time.
