It is very disappointing that you do not respect your customers so much. Theme author created so complicated tickets forum, that it’s even hard to use.

I upload templates all the time, and never have issues installing dummy data etc. I have been round and round in circles trying to work out how to raise a support ticket in the forum – and I just can not see an option to do so. I have sent an email to ‘contact us’ – no reply. I can’t waste anymore time on this, so I will use another product. Hopefully I can get a refund….?

When you have paid support and got blocked for nothing and contact many times and no one cares so I do not have a good comment. This is kind of stolen money.

Enjoyed modifying the code, design is super nice. Only one thing I would suggest is to add an option not to open the cart from the top each time you add a product to the cart; it is really annoying! Hope to see my suggestion in future updates.

I don’t normally leave reviews, however, I just felt it was appropriate on this occasion. I have worked with a few WP themes and this is by far the best on many levels: I just love the simplicity of the functionality with the prebuilt child theme, the theme is easy to edit and well-developed, and the customer support is top-notch. They have helped me with customizing the CSS so I have a unique site. Thanks for all your support Dimitar!

Great template and please improve your documentation more than now, such as Template shortcode etc.

Besides professional and timely customer support, the coding is well thought out so you can customize the theme using your child theme to preserve your modifications. Not just for PHP files, but twig files as well. Good job.
