The backend has a lot of possibilities and it’s clean and simple. Pleasure to work with. I spent several hours looking at themes, and AZOOM looked great right off the bat. I saved it and kept searching but kept coming back to it. I viewed it on my iPhone for responsiveness, checked the speed of loading, and checked out the different elements that are included and really liked how modern it looked. I have never built a WordPress site, but after watching the tutorial videos, I was able to customize and build a great-looking site. I love it.

I had a problem with installation that support resolved for me. It turned out that my hosting company had some very prohibitive constraints that made it a challenge, and their support wasn’t so helpful. Customer support for AZOOM, however, was fantastic! XanderRock suggested that he work directly with my hosting support. This was way above and beyond what I would have expected.

I would recommend AZOOM as a theme. The theme is flexible and very powerful, and support was unreal.

Really good-looking theme. Easy enough to use (I don’t code, and don’t want to). Lots of possibilities to play with to create attractive pages as our site grows. Customer support is just fantastic. Forum had answers to lots of my questions, and when it didn’t, responses were very quick and helpful.

The theme settings are broken. No matter what color you set there, it does not change in the menus.

I try to get used to the theme for a month but I don’t. Rock Page Builder’s Special Grid is really messy. The curvy slider does not really give you that much customization on your animation so finally, I wrote HTML with CSS to manage my animation instead and I wrote a PHP template file much more than the theme’s page builder for a single page. It would be really appreciated if it was a WPbakery Page Builder that built-in with the theme instead of Rock’s.

Worked fine until the latest update broke my website, it now looks atrocious.
