In my first review, I put a negative review, but after speaking with support, they offered good help and even a refund option, which I declined. I decided to keep using the theme, modified it for my needs, and whenever I had an issue, I received fast support that solved my problems. The company is recommended. I like the customer support; they are very prompt, precise, and always available to help.

Struggling with bugs and customer support is very slow and vague. I waited for 5 days for a solution to the theme and still nothing…

We dropped from 12k words to 8k within 1 week after using it again. In addition to the ranking loss, we had a very serious loss. Pay attention to SEO requirements when you make theme code. When you don’t, everyone here gets lost in the look and visual splendor of the theme. You cannot receive service because there is no refund policy. Absolutely garbage and I do not recommend. I’ve seen serious declines in SEO. I do not recommend. My time wasted.

If you want to be able to customize this theme on top of their demo content, do yourself a huge favor and don’t buy this theme. I wanted to be fair and give this theme a chance, but in the week that I bought it, I’ve needed to contact support with every little thing I need to customize. They say it works with Elementor but half the things don’t work. I’ve bought other themes before and none of them had this difficulty level in customizing demo content. I mainly buy themes for the demo content in order to save time, otherwise I can just create my websites from scratch. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS THEME if you want customizability and peace of mind. Every little piece has you contacting support. I’m also very experienced with Elementor and using WordPress themes, so this isn’t a newbie giving a bad review on a product he doesn’t fully understand.

This is a very difficult theme to find where to modify, edit, customize. You can’t change the “additional services” listing on the front page and many other things.

Didn’t like the template. Lots of problems with it. Problems with template translation, displaying pages in the mobile version of the site, and displaying H1 headings. I do not recommend!

I like the design and functionality of the template. It is easily customizable and full of easy to use graphic elements. The customer support is excellent. I got the response the same day and all my questions were resolved, even with short videos. This is a beautiful theme, and Asif from support is very skilled and extremely helpful in solving any issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I choose to give this theme a well-deserved 5-star rating because of its design quality and availability of important features. Excellent support team.

Really a nice theme. I would like to emphasize the detailed and friendly support, which responded within a very short time. Great work.

Brilliant theme with great documentation, easy to customize and the customer support guys are fantastic and use a good ticket system. They fix minor bugs and are willing to help with small changes.

This is a great theme. I was able to install the demo in seconds and then start customizing the theme. In less than 2 hours my site was ready. The support is also great, they reply very fast and helped me a lot.
