This theme is very easy to use even if you don’t know much about coding. Their support team gave me a quick and accurate response to every problem I faced. Beautiful design, pretty intuitive setup with Visual Composer, and friendly customer support. Would definitely recommend! At first, I had trouble getting comprehensive help with my support issues, but more recently the support has been excellent. HuyKon has helped me massively with every request I have had. With other sellers, I’ve hit brick walls with requests and asked for more money to help with support issues. Not here! Highly recommend. This theme is great, my client is really happy with the result so far. This is a great-looking theme, with awesome features. The support is the fastest I have ever seen. You will make a great decision by buying this theme. Overall, this theme is one of the best I have worked with. The final results are stunning!

This theme is full of bugs and faults, with poor updates that crash the website. Needed plugins are always out of date and often do not work when updated. The support is nonexistent despite raising tickets, and responses are inadequate and delayed. Help documentation is really bad, making it difficult to use the theme effectively. Avoid at all costs.

Great theme! Easy to use. Great documentation and fast support tickets. I really like that the demo content uploads when you install the theme. You don’t have to use wordpress importer, it is already there. Makes it so easy.

The theme works without problems and you can adapt it to your needs. Some basic understandings of WordPress are necessary, but the customer support is amazing. Most of the time there was an answer within 1 day. Would buy this again.

Five years of using this theme, and it still never updates. I have to FTP it all the time. Always a lot of bugs – now with the newest WordPress Version, it is not usable for a live page. I gave 5 stars for this theme but after a recent problem with the WooCommerce official plugin for variable products, where you can’t have different pictures for different color products, I gave them 1 star. I waited for a month for their support to fix the problem; still, they didn’t do anything. Very disappointed for this great looking but terrible coded and low supported theme. Things don’t work well past the support date, and you need to renew licenses always. I have had the theme for a while, and it is very frustrating as you get everything working, and then it stops with a new problem.
